How it works
A product link from any store. A gift idea. “A desk lamp that fits here.” Start with what you know.
Ask your assistant to compare options. Save the trade-offs, sources, price observations, and questions still open.
Come back in the app or continue with another connected assistant. Your requirements and earlier research come along.
Your list. Your rules.
Choosing a product keeps the thinking behind it. Buying stays off until you give explicit instructions.
Save quantities, budgets, and conditions. Your assistant checks the live details and handles checkout through its own capabilities.
Manage or revoke each assistant’s permissions. Export your lists and research when you need them.
A few useful answers

Sign in, open Connected assistants, and follow the guide for ChatGPT, Claude, or Muse. Features and linking flows vary by client. For Muse, use browser or desktop linking while native iPhone linking is being resolved.
Read the connection guideThings to Buy saves your explicit buying instructions and reported outcomes. Your assistant performs research and checkout. Connecting it doesn’t schedule a run; any recurring checks need to be set up in the assistant.
Things to Buy is currently an invitation-only beta. If you already have access, you can sign in below. New accounts need an invitation.
